A 7-day premium business festival on Madeira for purpose-driven founders, mixing keynote talks, workshops, fitness, themed parties, and island adventures. Awarded Best Retreat in the Remote Work & Digital Nomad Industry at the 2025 Global Nomad Awards.

Founded and led by Michelle Maree, CEO of The Nomad Escape, which has hosted 45+ retreats and 1,000+ entrepreneurs since 2019.

Designed for ~100–150 founders, freelancers, and remote-working professionals already running profitable businesses.

2025 speakers included Ken Honda (Japan's Zen Millionaire), Cameron Herold (the CEO Whisperer), Gaurav Gupta (Zomato co-founder), Nuseir Yassin (Nas Daily, virtual), Julia Titova, Esther Jacobs, and Hannah Dixon.

Rebranded as Founder Island Fest from the 2026 edition onward, but the 2025 program ran as Nomad Island Fest.

Good to know

Held at a 4* ocean-front spa and boutique hotel on Madeira. Airport transfer from Funchal (FNC) is included in the Premium pass.
