Colive Fukuoka 2025 just dropped its program and it’s packed with surprises

Fukuoka is serious about becoming one of Asia’s top digital nomad hubs, and this October, the city is making its boldest move yet with the full program reveal of Colive Fukuoka 2025.
Running from October 1–10, 2025, the ten-day experience is a mix of co-living, cultural immersion, and startup innovation to create something that’s more than just another conference.
With backing from 30+ nomad communities around the world, it’s a level of international collaboration you rarely see in the nomad space, and it has already made Colive Fukuoka 2025 the event to watch in Asia.
Solopreneurs and the AI Era
The theme this year taps into one of the biggest shifts of our time: the rise of the solopreneur. Thanks to AI and automation, it’s now possible for one person to build a startup with global reach, and Fukuoka wants to become the launchpad for this new wave of entrepreneurs.
Speakers and sessions will explore what this means in practice, from the philosophy of ikigai to women’s empowerment, and from Buddhist perspectives on the future to practical insights for building in the AI era.

Program Highlights
So what can you expect if you join? Here are some of the highlights you won’t want to miss:
Colive Fukuoka Summit (Oct 1–3)
Talks and panels on solopreneurship, purpose-driven work, and the future of entrepreneurship.
Synapse Festival on Noko Island (Oct 4–5)
A two-day music and art festival on a tiny island just ten minutes from Fukuoka, bringing locals and nomads together for a unique cultural exchange.
Scaling Up (Oct 6–9)
- RAMEN TECH (Oct 8–9): West Japan’s largest startup conference with 4,000+ attendees, pitch sessions, and global networking.
- Nomad University (Oct 7): An academic-style forum bridging nomad research and real-world insights.

Closing with Ken Honda (Oct 10)
The bestselling author of Happy Money and “Zen Millionaire” will close the event with a keynote on redefining success and freedom.

Why Fukuoka?
Fukuoka has been Japan’s “Startup City” since 2012, supporting founders with initiatives like the country’s first Startup Visa. Now, the city is focusing on attracting global talent by positioning itself as a hub for solopreneurs and digital nomads.
It’s also an easy place to live and work: beaches and mountains within 30 minutes, incredible food (hello, tonkotsu ramen!), and one of Asia’s most accessible airports just 10 minutes from downtown.
