The prices vary by country - we definitely recommend checking costs before using your international eSIM in a new place - however, if you prioritize complete flexibility over budget, then this could be the plan for you.

4. Maya: Best Budget eSIM

With Maya, you’re getting budget-friendly global or regional plans that start from 5 days up to a rolling monthly subscription up to 180 days. You can get 5 days of unlimited 5G data (where available) across 119 countries for under $20 - that’s a pretty amazing deal. When you buy your eSIM, you can also pre-select the date that you want the plan to automatically activate, meaning it should already be working from the moment you land at your destination.

The downside is that the high-speed data is capped at 3GB/day, with speeds dropping to 1 Mbps after that. Now, we think that should be enough for most people, but if not, you can choose to upgrade to their unlimited Max plan for 5GB of high-speed data every day.
